Marking World Environment Day 2025, FACE proudly co-hosted a high-level national seminar in Islamabad, alongside COMSATS and a network of leading institutions including MoCC&EC, NDMA, UNEP-NAP, NDRMF, ICARDA, WHH, and ECOSF.
With the theme โ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐-๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐โ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ซโ๐๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฌ,โ the seminar brought together a diverse group of stakeholders – policymakers, scientists, climate leaders, and development partners.
This important gathering brought together over 300 participants and diplomats from 11 countries. The event provided a critical platform to explore the adaptation divide threatening climate-vulnerable agrifood systemsโespecially across the Global South.
